We needed some remedial electrical work pursuant to a home inspection for our house in escrow. Called Zach, the owner, who quickly scheduled the work within 3 working days. Cody came on time to do the work which we thought would take about 4 hours. It only took an hr. and 20 minutes! Fast, efficient and will mail the bill. We were thrilled. We were obviously having serious HVAC issues, and when I called Joey was more than accommodating: he checked the schedule and said he'd be able to see me the following day for certain. He mentioned he would try to come by that evening if he had time. Needless to say, Joey stopped by that evening, diagnosed our problem and discussed the available solutions without trying to upsell anything I didn't actually need. This morning was my first visit with Jennifer for a cut & style. She did exactly what I asked her to do. I can say that I enjoyed my appointment. She was very professional & obviously knows what she is doing. I like her directness in answering questions & I appreciated her kindness & time. I will see her again. I may have her color my hair as well. She seemed to take pride in herself as well as her work which means alot. My appointment was at 10am & I received a text from her well in advance asking me to come in 15 minutes later which I had no problem doing. I actually thought it was nice of her to even ask me. I could have sat in the shop for 15 minutes waiting for her without knowing why. It was a good experience overall this morning. I will recommend Jennifer to my friends & family. Thank you!
Jessica is wonderful and so easy to work with. She's always great about helping me figure out what I want and I leave with a style I love. First time customer this morning. Service performed better than requested. I always go short and my hair grows fast, so I gave the barber some latitude with my high and tight. The quality of the haircut and attention to detail is amazing. I found the vibe enviting, playful, and cheery. Conversation, laughter, and clippers; sounds you should hear in any good Barber Shop. The price is fair especially after seeing what some shops want to charge for a mans cut. Cash is king and necessary if you'd like a haircut. Anyway, well done and see ya'll next week!

I went into see Chase. I wanted a certain cut but, wanted her to do what she wanted as far as length, fix a mistake I made , and layering. She did such an amazing haircut. I love the Rachel Cut and she made it so much better.

Melissa was absolutely fantastic! She did a perfect blonde balayage for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! For the first time in almost a year, all of my hair is the same shade of blonde and I really feel like myself again. The vibe is homey; not a super fancy salon, but friendly faces and good conversation. 10/10 recommend Melissa for your blonde needs!

They have some wonderful massage therapists, including ones who are certified for prenatal massages. Their booking is pretty open and easy to get a spot and they are great at communicating with you if there's a change/reminding. It is pricey but worth it in my mind.
It is kind of confusing to get there your first time though! You go past the main lodge at the first four way stop and around a bunch of curves before you see the Spa & Wellness Center. I turned around the first time because I thought I'd gone too far and missed it so better signage would be great.

Miriam is the girl to go for permanent tattoos as in make up. She did my eyebrows which came out fantastic. She is so gentle and sweet as well. Very friendly just the sweetest thing. Actually everyone is super friendly in that shop and it is super clean. I plan on having her do my thigh tattoo. Tashka his also amazing he did an amazing job as well he is doing some cover ups. Gary came out and fixed a messed up sink drain I had. It was a very tedious job but he got it done fast and went well beyond my expectations. He even taught me and my wife about our plumbing while he was doing it, gave me tips for future renovations I want to do, and treated my kids great. Price was more than fair. He's a great guy and I would be happy to use his company again if I need to, I will be recommending him any chance I get.
These folks are fantastic. I called them early Tuesday morning because I needed a leaky toilet replaced. I actually spoke to a real person who surprised me when she said she could have a guy out there the same afternoon with a new toilet ready to install. And it actually happened. Although the old toilet was installed over 50 years ago in a substandard manner, their crew was able to get the new toilet properly installed in short order. Good job guys. I recommend you call these folks. They know their stuff.
I would like to give a big shout out the PEC in Klamath Falls, OR for helping me with an emergency situation. Lonny and Chris came to the rescue, rearranged schedules for me, worked with PP&L, and had my power sitation fixed within 24 hrs of me contacting them. It was a dire situation and they were awesome to work with and made me feel very comfortable about their work. I definitely recommend them for any electrical needs.

Needed urgent work and was placed on worklist but was able to get it done another way. Communication was great and although he wasn't the electrician that did the work, I am confident it would have been great.
They were amazing and helped in every step of our tile job. They went above and beyond to help pick the best colors. They explained and showed us how to use the Hydro-Block! They laid out tile and different grout colors (little sticks that were the colors to choose from) . I would recommend them for any project without hesitation!

Jason and crew recently replaced a section of old exterior house siding and built me a large garden trellis.
I cannot say enough good things about them. His bid was detailed and accurate; arrived on time and worked a full day; brought all the required materials; and removed all construction debris. Honestly, you would have no idea they were even here. Except for the fact I now have new siding, which matches perfectly with the original, and a beautiful new trellis that is 100% better than the old.
I look forward to working with him again for both large and small projects!

Has been helpful in imaging before adjusting gently as this is her first time getting chiropractic care and professional massage at a clinic. Ultrasound and more to aid in pain recovery due to serious injuries. Really apreciate the attention to gentleness and care at this time and unexpected events. Nice staff and being able to get my daughter apointments urgently as she needs.

Been to numerous Veterinary Clinics over the years and this one is one of the best. Veterinarian was not trying to push unnecessary testing. Great staff.
We noticed that our mini horse was not being himself one morning and realized he probably had colic and was very sick. We called a couple of places and nobody could come out. We ended up calling Goodell veterinary clinic and the office manager was very helpful and patient. Even though we were not established clients and we called on an emergency basis, they sent someone out (in a snow storm I might add!) over an hour away from the clinic and saved our horse. The Dr. that arrived was extremely knowledgeable and taught us a lot. She treated our mini horse and they called to follow up as well. If it wasn’t for Goodell veterinary i don’t think he would have made it through the night. Their prices are extremely fair! And they will now have a customer for life, I highly recommend Goodell veterinary clinic.

She worked very hard to get all of my dogs mats out and get him nice and cleaned up! I dropped my dog off at her house and then she texted when he was ready to be picked up, and throughout the day she would send updates and photos of my dog so I could see him at different stages of the groom! Pricing was also very fair and affordable.
I've been taking my 2 yr old there since he was about 6 month to get his claws trimmed. He stepped in tree sap one morning & they quickly cut it out without charging me. I take my boy downtown at least once a week for a walk. He always stopped at their door to see if they are in. If he sees them, he will sit by the door until the owner or her groomer comes out with a treat. If they are not there, he looks at me as if I can make them show up to give him a treat. They are very nice, very kind to my pup, he loves them.
I've been taking my huge anxiety ridden dog here to get his nails clipped. They have always been accommodating to his needs. I couldn't recommend a better groomer. They're fantastic!!!
We highly recommend Theresa S. - Ye Olde Grooming Shoppe. She does a fabulous job of grooming our Ruthie. She is patient with our very active pup, very helpful with advice, and reasonably priced. We like that we take Ruthie for her private appointment time and she doesn't spend half a day in a kennel awaiting her turn, like the previous groomer we used. No exposure to any doggy illnesses! And Ruthie really looks spiffy when Theresa gets done with her!

Stephanie is a an amazing healer. I scheduled 1.5 hrs session with her a few weeks in advance and she accommodated me even on a weekend since I was visiting the area. She gave clear instructions on the location, directions, logistics etc. Stephanie is gifted with intuition and has great skills. The massage itself was very comforting. Stephanie used a few different things from her toolbox, asked me a lot if questions about history etc, gave me a number of recommendations. I felt very relaxed after the massage. It's not just a massage, it's intuitive healing. I would highly recommend her and look forward to coming back.
