“We called because a leak from our freezer and a broken garbage disposal. They told us they don't really repair disposals but they could replace it. Ken came in at the early end of our appointment window and quickly got to work on the freezer. He found a clog in the drain and cleared the cob and cleaned out the drain and put it all back together. Then he went to check the disposal and told us it sounded great and everything seemed to be in tact. Whatever had been taking around in there was not the blade and there was no reason to replace the disposal! He saved us a good amount of money in parts and labor with his honesty!
