Many plumbers charge for an estimate; these folks did not and came prepared to do the job right on the spot if I accepted the price (which was HALF that of a previous estimate I had gotten from one of the bigger players in the Salem market). They prepared by asking me to text them photos/videos of the problem (smart - they brought the right parts they would need). PLUS... when you call them, a real, live person answers the phone. He actually remembered installing our system and all the details about it -- truly amazing!
