“Amazing place. In the 3 years I've been using them to board my dog they have been wonderful without exception. I don't know how they can treat everyone this nice, but they stayed open 10 minutes late once when I was running late, they've called to check in when my dog wasn't eating much (which is normal for her but I appreciate them checking!) and most importantly my dog loves going there so much it almost makes me jealous! I can't say enough good stuff about Pet Village, so I'll also say if they ever expand to make a "Person Village" I've got first spot on the waitlist.“
“My family was stationed overseas for several years and I became a foster mom of a 3 year old golden doodle who needed new manners. Working with Lola was wonderful, she was so helpful in fixing all the areas needed: learning to walk w/o pulling, not being reactive to other dogs, how to greet people at the door, besides the normal sit, stay, down commands. Dexter became a calmer, happier dog and I became confident to walk him with out the fear of falling. On return my family drove with Dexter across country to their next duty station. They were amazed at his progress and his good behavior. We are all grateful to Lola!“

“UNACCEPTABLE Petco!!! We purchased $65 training here and still have a private lesson left. So now i was told "that trainer no longer works here" , so cannot use it. ?? Soooo.... REALLY!!! I was told nothing to be done, no refund either & told we can call corporate. So I Called corporate. I explained sitation and was put on hold for aprox 4mins, the call just disconnected. So i called again this happened AGAIN on hold 2x's & disconnected. The 3rd call was then transferred back to the Kiezer store . Petco.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! get your people in customer service & in your stores in order. To treat customers . NOTHING RESOLVED!! Kiezer you know who and what you should do. DO IT!!“
