Our condominium HOA was concerned about the condition of one of the upper units that is currently Bank – owned and has been vacant for at least three years. NOSA Asset Improvement graciously and quickly responded to our request for access and inspection. It was a huge relief to see that they had done a stellar job winterizing the unit last fall and making sure there were no problems with water leaks.

I hired them to remove this big giant concrete rock and a heavy fish tank filled with soils. They were very responsive and reliable. They make my job really easy. I will definitely hire them again
