Went and got a massage by Rune and they did an amazing job! Really focused on my problem areas and seriously has magic hands. Definitely recommend Namaste. Super inviting environment and so relaxing as well.

I've been going here for a couple of years. Megan Ford has done many facials and dermobrations for me. And her new spa foot treatment is Amazing. And they have a new pedicure technician,so you can combine megan's foot spot treatment with a regular pedicure.?

Rune is masterful at his craft! I have been plagued with shoulder injuries that never healed properly. Rune has been able to work through all of that and has helped to restore motion and function, where I had very little. I am incredibly grateful...not only for the relief, but also for the increased range of motion in my body. I'm a monthly client now!!
