Colby along with charles were out today to help us with a drain issue, a reoccurring one. Previously had a different company out and that company charged us more and didn’t resolve the issue completely Today the issue was resolved, he identified reasons it happened and gave us some solutions to help us going forward. Professional and patient, and didn’t mind answering all my questions. It’s an Older home and things were done a bit differently then and it took some trouble shooting. I was reassured they were there to help me, when I started to get a bit stressed out. Will be calling them again for any future needs. Thank you Colby(and Charles)
We called Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue. Colby came out and was knowledgeable and had good customer service. He was kind to all our fur babies when they were curious about the new person in the house. Colby was efficient
and we would definitely call MR. Rooter again in the future.
Colby not only did a fast, efficient job clearing the main drain line--he also fixed my kitchen garbage disposal! Thank you for your quick response, and for the extra great service!
