She totally nailed the color and shape I wanted, and even corrected the color I had previously tattooed on my lips else where. “I got a massage with hot stone from Anna and she is AMAZING! She is so kind and attentive. I wasn't sure what to do/expect exactly because it was my first real massage- she made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way and was very understanding when I mentioned I can't really have my legs touched. I mentioned my shoulders were having problems and so she spent some time on them specifically and let me tell you, I felt like SO much better afterwards, it was such a nice relief! And the place itself is so nice and pretty - I love the little waterside area and inside is small but very warm, cozy, welcoming and relaxing. They have great products for sale too! “Jen is top notch! As a Black woman with a dark complexion, I wanted to make sure I worked with someone that had a diverse eyebrow portfolio. After lots of research at services around the DC area, I got my nanobrows done with Jen and everything from the consultation to my recent touch up went perfectly. She was really responsive to my concerns (I didn't want an unnatural color or arch), made me so comfortable (i've never gotten my eyebrows professionally done before, just tweezing at home every now and then) and most importantly made it possible for me to wake up every morning without having to fill my eyebrows in! “Lorian does my hair and my lash extensions. She is awesome at both! My hair is a little difficult as it is curly and gray I want it to be smooth and blonde. And did I mention that I have a sensitive scalp? Her color skills are off the chart, her haircuts are exactly what I want, and my hair has just never looked better. As for lashes, she is a pro. Quick and efficient and personable, my lashes look lovely. I love her new salon as you are the only one there - no public assembly line else can happen in downtown Salem, and the peace and quiet you can only find at a one person job. Check her out you'll be glad!“

“I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH LUXE SALON & LASH BAR! I worked with Shelby, who is so considerate of someone like me. I feel a lot of fear working with new people who are not familiar with thick / long hair, but the confidence of Shelby going right into it with me (I got a thinned out asymmetrical haircut) was so powerful, I felt at ease right away. Shelby checked in with me consistently throughout the haircutting session, and helped to support me achieve the hair style I was looking for, and was so encouraging and informative. Shelby is big on understanding the impact and what it means to change a hairstyle so dramatically, and she met me exactly where I was at. I also REALLY appreciate how much INFORMATION she gave me! It was extremely empowering to learn more about my hair, how to take care of my hair, and navigating even bigger haircuts in the future. Even though I am moving away from Oregon soon, I will be coming back just to get a haircut with Shelby (I've never found a better hairstylist - I always have been treated weird at hairstylists, she is the absolute best one I have ever found, and that's after 30 years of getting my haircut done). “All of the stylists here are fantastic. They have created quite a fun girl-family feel. Everyone is courteous and takes a lot of care with the clients. I’ve been coming where for years and it’s always so fun to see the other clients finished cuts and colors, they all looks fabulous. Prices are fair (not cheap) but they all have so much experience and expertise so you get what you pay for. They’re not some fresh out of school girls who are overvaluing their skills and services.“
