“I can’t say enough great things about Anthony and his team. When I first met him, I had a really good feeling about the type of person he is - feelings evoked such as honesty, integrity, and experience.
His assessment and pricing of our foundation issues confirmed those feelings right away.

The work was excellent and his keen eye to detail identified a few other smaller issues that he just went ahead and took care of within the proposal price.

He and his crew mobilized and completed the work with efficiency. He communicated updates regularly. Connor was excellent as were the supporting crew.
The end product spoke for itself and the crew did an excellent job with site clean up.

Anthony’s professional approach to construction services no longer seems to be common practice in this current day and age - but it is refreshing that contractors like this are still out there doing their thing.

“I don't even know where to start. we had a previous contractor come in to do some work on our home that really needed some repair but he ended up just leaving with the money and letting our house deteriorate with the unfinished work, but Shawn and his crew from Robbins Renovation LLC. came in to pick up the mess and fixed it and cleaned up, They went above and beyond to make our nightmare of a home into our dream home. To say that the structure he put up is amazing would be an understatement. He did an exceptional job. “GOOD PEOPLES !!! I'm in a log home had my windows replaced by And*********. The material was very good but the follow up though was not up to par on log homes. It took two years to get it to a stand still and then it still was not right we got a hold of "ALPINE CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL". Everything went just right . Alpine came out and did an estimate, list of fixes, time frame and other things I did not Know.
They came out at the time the said and went right to work. They showed me the problems as we went along (I did not get in the way, to much). They did an excellent job and clean up. I think they did more than they had to [don't tell the boss, Gary ].

Now working on redoing the bathroom and then just about everything else that needs it.

“Adair Homes build my home in Klamath Falls, OR not only did they do a fantastic job, they build it in record speed, with extremely high standards. The price was also good. Your rep will sit down and go over every detail of the build, so know what you want, they cannot not change once everything has been agreed on. I met most of the contractors that worked on my home were very friendly. I worked with Johanna Siebert who was my representative and she stayed on budget and was the best experience I ever had. If you’re in Southern Oregon you definitely need to request Johanna Siebert. She will stream line everything for you and will save you a lot of stress. Kevin Doren was the superintendent for my home, nothing gets by him, he will arrange the contractors and go over every detail of the job if it’s not right he will have them come and fix it. It can be as small as a scratch, he makes sure it gets done to the highest standard.
You will enjoy Gary who does the blue prints and when it goes through the County you will get approved in weeks not months. I spoke to the person at the County, and they were impressed. The entire team is organized and
systematic. They finished my home in 6 months, actually 5 months, they will have you look at everything make sure everything is right so that can take another few weeks with a warranty on top of that. Other builders you may wait 8 month to a year to get into your home. I am so grateful I got Adair Homes to build my home. My experience was beyond what I could ever imagine. I made sure I had the money in the bank and paid when the next stage was due. They gotta get paid to pay the contractors that’s all you need to worry about. Everything else will be nice and smooth. Do not hesitate to call this company you will not regret it, I highly recommend this company, I didn’t get toasters or anything to give this review, they earned it.“

“We just had John and Ryan install a new hardwood floor (red oak) to match existing floor. This was for a bedroom converted to dining room. We have had lots of contractors over the years, but truly John and Ryan were the best. Outstanding professional work. Fair price. Kept us informed. Met their commitments regarding timing. Kept us informed every step of the process. We are also going to have them return in a year or so to refurbish the existing floors while we are out of town. Yes, we would absolutely trust them with our house while we were away.“

Last October, Men of Steel painted the exterior of our house in Shady Cove. They did an excellent job. They were very good communicators given that we had to work around the rain. They always came on-time and went the extra mile. The house required some extra preparation work which they performed professionally. I highly recommend Men of Steel!“

“Simply fantastic! They got me an estimate fast which was fair priced. Showed up on time when we scheduled and got the whole job done in 1 day. The gutter color we chose turned out amazing, they offer a huge selection of colors. After the installation and first rain I found 1 small leak area which will happen when you install new gutters. I let them know and they came out the next day and sealed it up. We opted for the leaf guard and they have been working amazingly. I no longer have water pouring out of my gutters. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. You can trust them to get the job done right. And if there are any leaks after that happens let them know and they will come seal it up.“
