The lowest tip option on the screen being 25% really took me back, I believe it even went up to 45%! I work in the service industry and also work for tips, so I completely understand the importance of tipping, but this felt like a guilt trip. I always try my best to tip accordingly and to tip well. I came in for a quick gel polish on my toes, the service looked wonderful, everyone was nice, and the space was calm. I’m just disappointed to see such a high percentage as the lowest tipping option.

This place is amazing. I wish they were located closer to where I live. These are nail expert and professionals with true artistry who take their time, ask questions to ensure that you are receiving what you want. I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this location while I traveled the country. I stopped in on my way to the West Coast and traveling back. I’ve made sure to stop by again. Both were great experiences.
