Jamie was amazing. She is what customer service should be. I didn't have my old prescription from another place. She called and got it. She made sure I had the correct paperwork. She also showed so much energy and caring . I wish more people were like her.

Jamie was incredibly helpful. I was a first time glasses buyer and she probably spent an hour with me answering my questions. She also went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best prices, including testing to see if an upcoming sale would be better than buying the day I went in. She wasn’t pushy with warranties (I bought one) and was friendly throughout. I’d recommend this store to anyone. Thanks, Jamie!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Jamie was very patient with me during my search for a new pair of glasses. She provided valuable insight and provided me with accurate measurements for my prescription, as well as a detail cost analysis with several options for features that suit my needs. It was a wonderful experience here, and Vista Optical is very competitive with Costco, and other similar locations for glasses.
