Sat on hold for a half hour to make an appointment only for a rep to tell me they didn't have any available appointments until April of next year (6 months out for standard appointment). Ridiculous on every level.

They do their best to get you in and out quickly.Staff that checks people in need to be more professional.Medical staff are capable and caring but the front staff needs more training. Security guard directs you as if you've never seen a medical office before or are an inmate at the county jail.In the waiting room, you shouldn't be hearing the staff gossip and curse.

Horrible experience, phlebotomist not qualified. No sample was obtained after 2 failed sticks, did not anchor which led to immense pain, and missed the vein completely. Do not go, not professorial.
