The phlebotomist is professional, kind, and understands the needs of patients, including those with anxiety related to needles. Although there may be only one phlebotomist on duty, the wait time is reasonable. The lab is located inside a health center, but it may not be clearly marked from the exterior. The center is a convenient additional location for lab work.
