Lupe came to our house to fix an ongoing issue caused by our builder and HE WAS AMAZING. This was the 4th repair and the first time anyone actually took time to figure out what was causing the root of the issue.

We decided to upgrade our old gas furnace and add ac to our house in Hillsboro. Pro Heating and Cooling was listed on the Oregon Energy Trust website as a partner, so I contacted them for a quote. Cesar contacted me soon after, and worked up numerous quotes for us as we weren't sure what type of system would be best for us based on efficiency, cost, and effectiveness. We ended up replacing the gas furnace with a heat pump and air handler with auxiliary heating capability. Cesar came thru with a very reasonable quote for this system, and also took care of the paperwork for the rebate thru Energy Trust.
