Jose was able to fit me into his schedule within 2 days after I had called. He arrived promptly at my home and did a quick assessment before cleaning. Some areas had lots of stains, which he was able to remove. He was polite and thorough and gave instructions for the drying process. Looked like a brand new carpet after Jose cleaned them. Our dog had some puke stains that we could not get out of our carpet. Thankfully they were able to get them out and left a very pleasant clean smell . Easy to book online. Only critique is I would suggest to do a bigger time window like 12-2 for arrival to give them grace if they're coming from across town.
