Agreeing with what’s been shared before, this place doesn’t have any degree of professionalism and in our instance was misleading with their billing policies. Will not be taking my family back. Optometry Students working here did a great job, but administration was horrendous.

Very unprofessional. They never answer their phones. They don’t answer any of your questions. They just do their own thing instead of actually doing their job they’re getting paid to do. My daughter has been waiting MONTHS for her glasses and they NEVER sent her prescription off. NEVER GO HERE!!! Terrible!

Carmen is the worst. She can’t send an email or a fax to save her life. Wasted so much of my time. When I went to pick up glasses at 440 (they close at 5) they were already closed. Refused to answer calls. Did not call back when message left. Currently in the next week in person again and found note pictured. Carmen is the most incompetent person I’ve ever had to deal with. How she’s working front desk only god knows.
