My daughter found Mr Electric online and shipped us an 18Kw backup generator during last January's (2024) disastrous freeze and power outage in Portland. Joey came to our house to help us install it, but we needed to modify our natural gas lines, and decided to get a larger generator. Joey gave us a bid and then patiently gave us all the time we needed to decide what we really wanted. After we collected bids from three other companies, some highly recommended, we came to the conclusion that Joey's offer was the most comprehensive and reasonable, so we got back in touch. It's our first time working with Mr. Electric. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, and explained things clearly before starting the work. We had a problem with our smoke detectors and had to have them replaced and rewired. They also replaced our attic exhaust fan. Joey was exceptional to work with. I will definitely ask for him again when we need more electrical work done.
