A bad problem that had to be fixed. The entire electric panel needed to be replaced. Joey was our electrician and we really “won out”!! Could not have been more helpful and explained what needed done and what he was doing. Not only did he explain, he did it simply so we could understand. Could not have been more pleased with the service and the timely way the “project” was taken care of! I couldn’t believe how quick we got an electrician out here. AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend Mr. Electric and Joey is the best!! A nice experience that could have gone south in a second. Many thanks to Joey and Mr. Electric!!
They came on time found the problem quickly and fixed it. We have used them several times and will continue to do so.
Half the outlets in my house were not working, I tried the usual fixes like flipping the circuit breakers and resetting the GFIs. Nothing worked. Tylor from Mr. Electric came out and diagnosed the problem (my panel was old and the affected circuit breakers were 'fried'). He installed new ones and recommended other improvements that would extend the life of the electric panel. What great service!
