I love this gym the machines are top notch, it's clean, friendly trainers. I train with Michael he is the owner and he is genuine, funny, easy to talk he is fun. I highly recommend this place.
Highly recommend this gym! Friendly, knowledge staff and overall a great community. I've been attending Bryan's 3x weekly weightlifting classes and would recommend to beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Bryan gives individual recommendations for each person, which is quite unique for a class environment.
If you are looking to get healthy, lose weight and or increase your strength; this is the place. In each one of these areas, Mike and Jake have helped me get closer to my goals. I HAVE SEEN TRUE RESULTS! 5 months ago, I was 280lbs and received news of high blood pressure and liver enzymes linked to fatty liver disease. 2 months later, after being lackadaisical about my workouts, I got back into personal training with Mike and then joined Jake's group training. Both of these guys were extremely supportive of helping me change my habits and push my limits. The workouts never felt super repatative, always adding new "weird" exercises. In 3 months, I have lost 24lbs, gained muscle definition, dropped 25 pts in my blood pressure and my ALT (liver enzyme) went from 111 to 41(back within normal limits)! Everyday, I am excited to get in the gym, these guys are great to work with and the fellow trainees are always inspiring to workout with. This place has all ages and handles all gym experience levels. Their group training is modifiable depending on each trainees fitness and experience, so don't hesitate to try a session.
