“I recently visited Salon Nouveau for the first time and had an amazing experience with Sarah B! As someone who’s pretty low-maintenance when it comes to hair (messy bun and go is usually my vibe), starting a new in-person job felt like the perfect opportunity to find a haircut that really works for me.

The salon was super clean, professional, and still had a warm, relaxing vibe that made me feel right at home. Sarah B was fantastic—she took the time to talk through everything with me, from maintenance and products to styling tips, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She really made me feel heard and valued.

I ended up going with a cute mid-length bob with layers and some subtle face-framing, and I absolutely love it! It feels fresh and stylish but still easy to manage—exactly what I was hoping for.

“My son has sensory processing disorder so haircuts have always been a struggle. We’ve tried other kids salons with not so great results but the staff here at Pigtails and Crewcuts are truly amazing. We have booked with two different stylists and both experiences were just wonderful. Our first appointment was with Mr. Saoud. He was very patient and listened to what we wanted and went to work calmly and quietly which put my son at ease. He worked quickly and efficiently even though my son was very fidgety. The result was one of the best hair cuts my son has ever had. Our second experience was with Ms. Kayla. She was so kind and accommodating. She was also incredibly tolerant of my son bringing his two new pet fish into the salon. She asked him questions about his fish and engaged with him to keep him distracted. Both staff members employed different techniques but both were able to put my son at ease and give him a perfect hair cut which we have never experienced at any other salon. I was so impressed by their compassion and understanding. I highly recommend this salon if you have a kiddo who has a hard time with hair cuts. The staff here are just the best.“
