Went in with my mom so we could both get hair cuts, came out with an odd story to tell here.
Staci, the nice lady cutting my mom's hair, and eventually fixing mine, was wonderful. Exceedingly kind and just baffled at the result of my original hair stylist. She cut my mom's hair perfectly and even triple checked mine was even when fixing it.
Didn't catch the name of woman who had done my hair first, before Staci (who I emphasize was amazing) had to fix it. I don't think I would have had the chance after anyway as she scurried to the bathroom and hid until she thought we had left. After... read full review
Tara is awesome! She worked with hesitant me to get the haircut/style I had in mind, and took her time and didn’t rush. It was also nice that this location is open until 7pm on weekdays. I will definitely be returning!
I checked in online ahead of time. I was a little delayed in getting there but was pleased to see that my name was still on the waiting list when I walked in. After being greeted, I was asked to wait a minute. The lady proceeded to remove my name from the wait list and then asked me what my name was. I told her that my name is the one she just removed. She then proceeded to give me a long lecture about how I was late and that they can't hold online check-ins all day. She kept telling me this over and over while I patiently stood there and listened.
