I hadn't gotten my haircut in a long time because of the last one at a competitor's. I came into Great Clips early on a Wednesay with no appointment. They greeted me and were able to see my right then. After hearing my past experiences at other places, she listened very well to me and did exactly what I wanted. I was thrilled with the outcome!

At a glance, the haircut looked okay, but I certainly found a patch of uneven hair. Such a hassle going all the way back for a correction, so i didn't go. The staff was nice, tho.
