Valerie did an amazing job with my haircut this afternoon. She unfortunately had to deal with a rude family right before it was my turn but I observed her handle the situation very professionally.

I called to see if I could get on their list. Was told they can't make appointments and that it's first come, first serve. Asked how late someone can walk in and wait to get a haircut. I was told they close at 6 pm. I said, ok if someone walks in at 5 pm, can they get a haircut before closing?" I was told only if there is time and no one is waiting before you in line. I arrived at 4:40pm, and there were 2 kids and 2 men ahead of me, then a woman walked in (as I thought jy was my turn), and she was able to go ahead of me even though I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point. I used the Great Clips app on my phone to check in and the wait time was very accurate. When I arrived, I only had to wait a few minutes for Lina, the hair stylist. I'm very happy with the way she cut my hair and will continue to use Great Clips for haircuts.Service: Haircut
