The manager lady (Maria??) and another lady were real busy but acknowledged me right away. then as I watched the manager beginning to cut a young girls hair (with special needs) and the patience and love and kindness that the manager showed to the young girl was heart warming to say the least. I was blown away at her gentle care of the young girl. When the girls mom came out of bathroom i told her how much love the manager had given to her daughter, and she said she had been there before, I smiled and walked away. Melinda did a great job of fine-tuning my haircut! I'd been cutting my own hair for months and wanted it to be done professionally. She spent the time necessary to listen to the things I was concerned about and to take the time to do an excellent job! I consider myself very lucky that she was available today and look forward to asking for her in the future!

I typically get $5 off coupons here, and it’s in the same lot as Fred Meyers, so there’s plenty of parking, or you can check-in, shop around, and come back.It’s typically hit or miss on when it’s busy or not, usually I’ve had it where I check-in and get right on the chair. Last weekend, it went up to 90 hours.They can be short staffed on certain days so sometimes the hours flex around. In terms of the actual cuts, I’ve always gotten what I wanted… skin fade up higher with a comb over and hard part.
