“End of life is a hard time but we saw it coming and contacted Valley Memorial several months in advance. We were looking for a burial in the veterans cemetery. They were lower than everyone else and walked us through everything. We felt prepared and they followed up. When the time came they handled it all and were very compassionate. Our family was very appreciative.“
“My mother with Alzheimer's unexpectedly passed in an ambulance and the Medical Examiner had her taken to Fir Lawn Memorial Park and I had prepaid arrangements with another funeral home and Fir Lawn Memorial Park contacted the other facility and transferred the arrangements to them and honored the prepaid arrangements even though they were significantly less than their usual fees. They were so kind and considerate working with my family which is contentious and full of disputes over my mother's care and estate.“
