Every time we go here we end up getting stuck in a room and nobody checks in. We were on time for our appointment and after 35 minutes of waiting we decided to leave as this vet clinic does not take our time seriously.
For a clinic who is one of the most expensive we have been to, I would expect your operations to be a lot better than what they are.
UPDATE: We have gone back since and on our last visit they got to us very quickly and I could tell they meant business. We really appreciated how quickly everything went.
As first timers here, we genuinely appreciated our experience. Appointment availability is a big thing for us and this office was accommodating to our need. Dr. Stack was thorough with Mateo's exam with concern and attention for what was most comfortable for him at the moment. Itemized pricing is discussed with you before proceeding with care. I feel pricing is within average parameters of vet care. The facility in itself is very clean, there are many Veterinarians within the practice which offers better opportunity to be seen within a reasonable window of time. We love Frontier Veterinary Hospital! The staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Hoppe always treats my pups with care and concern. All things get done in a timely manner. And the office has great communication with follow-ups and answering questions.
