Friendly, helpful staff . Dr Tse listen to what I had to say, ask questions to make sure she understood what I said before replying to what was being discuss. The staff was much the same. Thank You Everyone
I’ve been going there for years because everyone is so kind and helpful. Patient to answer any and all questions. As I get older, it seems I have more questions and things get a little more complicated. Dr. is so very kind, gentle and didn’t hesitate to offer additional explanation when needed.
I highly recommend, I just don’t want them to get too busy for me ha ha.

Dr. Tse and the team at EyeHealth NW are knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER QUICK. At my old optometrist, I would wait in the outer waiting room for as long as 20 min after my appointment time, then have to wait another 5-15 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. Here, I’m in and out in record time without sacrificing a through exam and review of my overall vision health. Plus the staff even helped me take advantage of a health insurance benefit I didn’t know I had to get a pair of nonprescription sunglasses for just my co-pay! Now that’s service.
