Carlson Roofing is putting up new roofing for our Creekside Condominium HOA; with so many units to do, this is a massive undertaking that has gone on throughout this Summer; thankfully, their Foreman Juan Cardoso has done a great job managing this complex work and keeping us well informed. Following a blustery rain/wind storm evidence of moisture appeared in one corner of the skylight. I called Carlson first thing this morning and they pulled two workers to come over within 90 minutes. Both were able to repair the problem which was the result of improper ridge installation (having nothing to do with the skylight or its installation) and were able to explain and show me exactly what had been going on as well as how they were going to repair the problem. Gregg at the office and the two workers were knowledgeable, accommodating, conscientious and courteous. I happily recommend Carlson roofing!
