Started coming here once a week about 5 months ago. I’m so glad I found this gym. Nathan is a gem of trainer and has been an immense help on my fitness journey. He’s very patient, down to earth, and has helped me understand my body on a new level. I starting coming here after a few years of neglecting my body and feeling like I had lost control over my weight. Nathan immediately met me where I was at and started showing me the path to take my body back. 5 months in and my body is feeling and working better than it has in years. I started working with Nathan almost two months ago, coming to him for help on restarting my strength training routine after a very long pandemic-induced break. Although not a stranger to strength training, I felt awkward and out of sorts having not lifted anything substantial in about 3 years. I have been training with Nathan since he was working at another facility before starting up Balanced Body Fitness. I followed him because I was confident he would do amazing with his new business. It has been exciting watching him grow this business and continuing to work with him through it. Nathan is an amazing trainer which is why I have been going to him for so long.
