Just received my new CPAP Resmed 11 machine and it was simple to startup. It was preset to my prescription and practically plug and play. Support was excellent and advice was knowledgeable.

I had a total knee replacement surgery on Thursday, and I had my first in home PT visit be Aren from Apria! She was caring, thoughtful, and thorough. I felt very well looked after. As I go through my recovery, I look Forward to more interactions with Apria team!

Phone rep doesn't speak clear English. Message left on my voicemail was unintelligible as to the number to call back directly so I had to call the general number which took over 20 minutes of automated transfers to get to a real person that asked all the same questions as the automated system again and then sent the machine out.Machine seems fine except the head strap is too tight on the biggest setting and makes my nose hurt as it presses too hard.
