As a member of Kaiser, Apria is their provider for Cpap equipment. It was quick and easy to secure my equipment, it was delivered to my home in a few days. There were easy to follow setup instructions and videos for my Cpap. I used it for the first time ever and it wasn’t hard to get used to. I’m 14 days into using my Cpap.
Although my packages arrived yesterday, I am just now receiving a tracking information to track my package. Not a fan of how you cannot track the package in real time. I also could not request a specific machine when I was told my the sleep therapy at Kaiser that I could.
Was able to get my medical supplies as my doctor ordered. Only issue I have is 3rd party not being able to clarify whether I owned, or am renting equipment, if so what am I paying for and how much. All they could tell me.was how much my insurance covered and how my I would have to pay up front which was 70/30.
