Replaced the thermostat free of charge to a compatible thermostat which immediately fixed the issue of home not heating up properly. Mike came out the following day as promised. Our fridge was not holding temp and we are unable to get down on the ground to address it, so happens an ice block in corner of freezer was stopping fan.
