Hit and miss. They do good work... if you can get them to do it. They are not friendly. They're flat out rude when booking. No doubt about it, they don't like people or talking to them. Prices not too bad. They sort of cheer up after they strap hou into the chair and start working. If another place opens up next door that does the same thing with the addition of being polite, this place woll eun out of business very quickly.Service: Haircut

The employees at the store are really nice and they do a great job.This store is always extraordinarily busy and has a super long wait. I don't understand why they can't add another stylist. You would think they would make more money and have a better customer experience. I always peek at the Tri-Cities locations and they have like a half an hour wait.. Down here however, we are always at longer than a 2-hour wait and they are not accepting online reservations. Very frustrating customer experience.

I have gone to other Great Clips, but the Hermiston, OR one is outstanding. My last haircut was with Stephanie. She is great, super nice, and did a great job. Yea, they keep your cut info in the computer so they know what you want, but they always ask for specifics. Just a great place to go. Friendly staff. Long wait times, but they are about the only good hair cut place in town for men.Service: Haircut
