I have had the privilege of working with Alice Lindley of Optimum Property Management on two occasions; once for a vacation rental and once for a long-term rental. Any issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and diligently. The vacation rental turned into a three-month stay.. The long-term rental lasted a little over two years and I would have stayed and worked with Alice for a very long time, but the home was sold.
