I have had the privilege of working with Alice Lindley of Optimum Property Management on two occasions; once for a vacation rental and once for a long-term rental. Any issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and diligently. The vacation rental turned into a three-month stay.. The long-term rental lasted a little over two years and I would have stayed and worked with Alice for a very long time, but the home was sold. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her company and staff. I consider her to be professional and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent short or long term and anyone looking for a great property manager.
