I’m a 300lb+ female, have a lot of physical pain for various reasons and I struggle with some severe anxiety. I decided to try sessions with Ryan because I’m desperate to get in better shape and health. I would normally be more comfortable working with a woman, but I saw Ryan had the best reviews out there and I thought I should check him out. And man am I grateful I did! I’ve lifted wrong my entire life. People would always say “lift with your legs not your back” but my mind-body connection wasn’t there and it’s caused me a great deal of physical pain to my back and sciatica. Ryan has the BEST way of explaining things so you get it. He’ll also make sure... read full review
I can’t recommend Valley Strength and Fitness enough! Ryan has extremely detailed knowledge of everything related to fitness and is very generous about sharing his wisdom. After just one month of training with him I feel confident I could walk into any gym and crush a workout. Definitely check out VS&F if you need help getting started or want to take your training to the next level. Proper form is challenging to master, but Ryan is diligent about ensuring his clients learn safe and effective ways to lift. He’ll set you on the right path to achieving your goals while offering support, motivation, and camaraderie at every step.Don’t rely on gym bros to show you... read full review
I trained with Ryan years ago at 24 Hour Fitness, including through 9 months of pregnancy with my daughter. I credit my strength to an incredibly easy labor. I came back to Ryan in Dec 2023, 10 months after ACL and meniscus repair surgery after a basketball injury. I trust Ryan because he's not just focused on getting you stronger, he is focused like a laser on making sure you use proper form. This is important to me after suffering my first sports injury at age 41. In just 2 months my strength and confidence in my repaired knee are extraordinary. I'm committed to my health, and that means I'm committed to Ryan and Valley Strength and Fitness.
