I came here for one appointment. I never made a follow up appointment because it wasn’t for me. No issues or problems just wasn’t for me. Over one year later I get a bill in the mail for a missed appointment ($30). I only got a 2nds notice as well I was never send the original bill. I called to try and warn them of the mistake and was told it was my fault and they wanted me to pay them that day. DO NOT GO this chiropractor. I scheduled appointment for my husband a week in advanced. Provided Zachary Taylor the insurance information. Asked if he needs direct phone numbers to our insurance carrier he assured me no. He said he would verify insurance prior to appointment and if any issues would call me. He proceeds to call me on the appointment day 1 hr prior to appointment to state he has spent 3 hrs trying to get ahold of my insurance and that he will have to cancel appointment. I explained to him my husband took time off work and I called our insurance and already verified that he is IN network and covered. He proceeds to tell me he needs to verify that information. Which I said no problem but it is not my fault that he left it to the last min. I offered to call the insurance and get them on the line to provide him info that we are IN network. He said he cannot speak with them because he has other appointments. I explained to him again it's not my fault that he left it to last minute and I already verified. Not sure what else he wanted from me. I offered to get my ins on the phone also verified it's covered. He said he is cancelling appointment and HUNG up the phone on me. SO unprofessional and RUDE

Great place for chiropractic care! Dr. Zachary Taylor takes the time to listen to all your questions and answer them in great detail. He also made sure to teach me stretches to do on my own, that help with preventing back pain. The environment was very welcoming, and I was made a real priority during my appointment.
