Came here the morning of my wedding with the bridal party and it was the best experience! We all came in about 2/3 at a time every 45 minutes to get our hair done. They washed, dried, and styled our hair for the wedding all while we relaxed and drank a mimosa. It was so relaxing and the best way to start my wedding day! I was worried that my hair wouldn't stay curled for the whole day (I got my hair done at 8am in the morning), but it really did stay! I touched up a couple pieces before the wedding but it was so soft and beautiful. A fun thing to do on a wedding morning!
Wanted to update my review. I spoke with Victoria who helps run this location. She was very understanding and made up for my previous experience. My notes have been updated and she made me aware of all the stylist who specializes in curly hair. I’m very pleased with the customer service, makes me happy to continue getting service here. I plan on posting before and after photos on my next visit.
I’ll start by saying the staff is really sweet. I came in for a normal blowout, and left feeling very disappointed. I paid extra for the liquid gloss treatment in hopes my hair would come out smooth (which I've have great results before in the past)... read full review
Update on my previous review!
Victoria from Drybar reached out after my review and was very sweet and responsive and scheduled me another blow out to make up for my previous experience. Giselle was my stylist and did AMAZING and only took an hour to do it which my previous was almost two hours! Will definitely be going back again and I'm glad they could make my experience so much better!
I loved my stylist, She was so nice and accommodating and the free mimosa was great, But my blowout did not come out good. I got the added shining finish and it weighed down my hair and made it to where I had 0 volume and my curls just did not come out... read full review
