I went to this location for the first time and it was cold, dark, dirty, and dead. The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed that I came by to purchase a gift card. She was completely glued to her phone the whole time. I miss the clean and classy business practices they once had. They're just not the same as they once were 2-3 years ago.
They currently don't answer phones as they don't have a receptionist so everything has to be done online. After you make your appointment you pull up and will be greeted... or not greeted with a human more interested in their phone. (I mean I can't really say much here, I'm a yelpie so aren't we always on our phone?) You're handed a questionnaire, and brought over to a chair. Not much interaction. Actually none. Harley is so sweet, genuine and really cares about her clients. I drove 30 mins away from home/work because I couldn't get in anywhere else, but it was totally worth it! I got my brows cleaned up and tinted and had my chin waxed. Feeling ready for my trip to Hawaii now!
