I have had great experiences every time I am here with my dogs! From the front staff, to the doctors and vet staff in the back office, everyone is wonderful. I feel that my dogs are in good and safe hands when I leave them to receive care. I can tell everyone here is very passionate about their work and it can be seen in the service they provide.
5/5 stars! My dog was having a lot of anxiety at the appointment and the staff was very quick to notice and get us into a room. I appreciate how professional they were when it came to handling the situation and to take the time to get to know my pup a little better to make things easier for him.
I have never had such good care of my dogs. They are always treated warmly and treated with the utmost of compassion. I love the insurance that Banfield Pet offers. Yesterday I had my standard poodles teeth cleaned and it cost me $13.25. Because of the insurance, I am never late on vaccinations or dental care. It has made me a better pet parent. Also, with the insurance you have access to 24/7 advice. It's a great deal.
