This woman has terrible communications skills and refuses to listen to the patient. My guess is she is book smart but does not know how to apply it individual bodies. Does not explain things in layman's terms, so very difficult to understand. Terribly huge ego, provided data with sources referenced on a health issue she mistakenly assumed was an issue of mine, and she refused to even acknowledge or look at it, let alone read it and educate herself. She handed it back to me, pulled me in the back room and continue to lecture me on how she was right and I was wrong. Say what?
