Started off rough with a miss communication/understanding between my original stylist but Karen, the salon owner stepped in and absolutely saved the day! She got my hair back to a much much better color that fit my skin tone and the black shadow box I had done! She was extremely kind and professional and also fixed the cut to how I wanted it!
