Legacy Physical Therapy-Mount Hood Medical Center

If I could rate them even lower I would. Staff at the legacy physical therapy mt hood medical center were rude and unhelpful. Bad communication leading to appointment led to us having to call the hospital in order to even find the address. Furthermore, they tried to cancel our appointment for getting there right at our appointment time. I wish there were more people who actually cared and want to help in places like this. Never again will I come here and I recommend people to stay away from this place.

Lady at the front desk is rude. I thought she was having a bad day but two weeks later we got into it again over the phone. I asked her if I could schedule with John the following Friday considering I had no more appointments scheduled. I’ve been going there for about two months after my car accident. She told me” I’ll see what I have available” and hung up. I called her back because I assumed the Phone just got disconnected And she said” no I was just done talking to you”. It’s a shame I liked my physical therapist But I don’t deserve that I’m going Somewhere else for treatment.
