Can't say enough about this team. Through no fault of Gresham Vision, my discontinued frames were lost at the manufacturers lab. They let me know of the issue and we decided on a comparable frame. I was admittedly disappointed, but what can you do... things happen. Little did I know, Denise and Makala worked behind the scenes to find an exact replacement. I did not expect this outcome! They went far above and beyond to correct the unfortunate situation, which again, they had no control over. Grateful for this office and their service!

Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. The technology is up to date, clean and tidy.Dr. Buset is very knowledgeable and having eye examinations performed by her is a very educational experience.Thank you Gresham Vision Center for all you do!

Quick and easy. Both eye tests and glasses fitting. For the eye test, you just call in and make your appointment, they see you and you leave. The doctor provides you with all the information you need to know and want to know. For the glasses fitting, you don't need an appointment, you can just walk right in and get that done. I walked in on a Monday morning and was out within 10-15 mins. It's local to me and is my 1 stop shop for eyewear.
