Went in looking to replace my old flexon pair of glasses and was introduced to much more flexible frames by Ovvo. The staff provided Awesome customer service to both my wife and I. Great transitions options were offered. They arranged a meet up with the Ovvo sales rep for us and staff took time out to explain and answer any questions we had. We ended up purchasing 4 pairs, and will return for more pairs in the future. Highly recommend them for your visions needs. Doctor and staff are Highly recommended by us. Dr. Bong has been my optometrist for over three years now, and he is the BEST! He fixed my initial RX from another office that wasn't quite right. Then he helped me through my entire LASIK journey which was, let's say, an experience! I had some complications/issues arise post surgery, and he was always able to make time to get me in. I was in multiple times for a couple weeks, then once a week for a bit, then we dropped down until I was stable. He really took the time to evaluate my eye health. I was so, so grateful! His office manager is also wonderful! My whole family sees him now, and I have referred multiple friends. Thank you Dr. Bong!

I needed a new eye exam and glasses so I booked an appointment here. The staff was super friendly from the start and helped me pick out frames after my exam. The eye doctor was patient and explained everything clearly about my vision. I didn’t feel rushed and they even checked my eyes for health stuff I didn’t know about. Got my new glasses in less than a week and they fit great. Vision is way sharper now. They also gave me tips on keeping my eyes healthy. Great service all around and a comfortable experience. I’ll be back for sure.
