I've now had 3 massages with Leticia. She is wonderful! She's very intuitive and knows exactly where to go and what to do. I am in front of a computer all day long. And I was having issues with my neck and upper back. She worked on those areas. But, also worked on my arms, which made all of the difference in the world. I would not have thought to work the arms to help with relief of my neck and back pain. But, she knew better. Also, she takes a holistic approach by not just recommending stretches and body exercises that will help relieve and prevent future issues. But, also, your mental state and the nourishment you eat.
