It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for Armadas Exteriors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
A single shingle came off the ridge line of my roof during the last rain storm exposing the ridge vent. Worse possible time to have a hole in your roof, and a potential costly repair right before Xmas.
A few other companies came out to give me estimates, and they were putting me 1-2 weeks out for what really was a 15-20 min job. In addition they were obviously trying to upsell other services, which is fine, because I understand the operational cost of a single trip to fix one shingle. Quotes were in the thousands.
