Bethany, my massage therapist has provided me with excellent therapy while working out those things in my back and neck. Because of regular massages (I am in the 'middle ages of elderly') I am able to do the work needed in and outside my home. Not only that muscle spasms have decreased from nightly to rare. Thankful and grateful !
