I say this with some tongue in check comments. The staff I had contact with were old grouchy guys like me. They are extremely knowledgeable, and what one may not be sure of another know the exact answer. This day, I was just getting keys made which were quickly made and all worked perfectly.

Wow! Small place with so many helpful folks and so many key lock tools! Everything you could ever imagine having to do with keys and locks can be found here. Lost all copies of all my keys....right?! So crazy! Long story.... Called here and they told me I could go to the dealer with all my paperwork and get a key code that would then come back here and they could make new keys with the key codes. Simple, easy, quick!! They were all so helpful!I saw a number of bad reviews and I think I know why. When your locked out and lost things your already in a bad mood, you may be quick to fly off the handle and read into things... seeing fault or attacks that just are not reality.

These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Even if they're not going to sell you something, they lift you up with knowledge. As a facilities manager they are my go-to
