Nathan charged us to provide bids for a home renovation. We were on a schedule, so we paid the bid fees. After multiple calls and emails, his bids were 2 weeks late, and about 3 times more than any other contractor. I wouldn't let his company change a light bulb in my house.

I hired Nate to install some flooring and was very happy with his work. Got the job done faster than he had predicted which saved me money in the long run. Floors look fantastic, will definitely be going to Southwest Oregon Builders for any future needs.Service: Flooring
