AWFUL! Riverside Physical Therapy was a no show three times in a row at an assisted living facility to help my mom with physical therapy. They have not shown up once! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

It makes me leave a star, or I wouldn't. Valley Immediate Care was supposed to refer me to Siskiyou PT where I requested and always go. The "professional" @ this location got the referral on accident and when I returned her call, she didn't know what to do and expected me to fix it (which I then had to do), yet she had plenty of openings for tomorrow. I guess she didn't know what to do? I get so tired of "professionals" that aren't. If you are looking for professional, go to Siskiyou!

Arrived a bit late and went in. No one was masked. They said they weren't open. The receptionist didn't have a mask on, neither did the other patient. I refused to stay for the appointment and left. The receptionist did put her mask on but only because she was asked to. Total violation of state law.
